Keita Wangari
FOUNDER & CEO
Keita is a user experience leader with decades of experience working in tech. She’s led user research within the Payments and Cloud Identity teams at Google, both internationally and across the U.S., and presented at top-tier conferences such as RSA, Identiverse, and EPIC. After spending most of her work career pushing for tech to care about human experiences, the impact of the 2022-24 mass tech layoffs on her family, friends, and community ignited a new passion: using technology to help reduce the anxiety & hardship of a sudden job loss and to bring equity to the job exit process.
Keita holds a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Stacy Soberalski
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Stacy Soberalski is an internationally experienced People and Operations Executive with a proven track record of building and scaling global hypergrowth organizations while leading high-performing teams. Throughout her career at high-profile global organizations such as Google (US and EMEA), MTV Networks, Tribune Company, and Omnicom Media Group, Stacy has developed deep expertise in all facets of HR. She also co-founded Hersly Wines, a boutique winery in Napa, CA, embodying her entrepreneurial spirit.
Stacy holds a Master’s in Occupational Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
